【職務内容】

■生産ラインの立ち上げ、工程設計および改善業務

■作業手順書・作業標準などの各種標準書の作成および改訂

■不良発生時の原因分析と再発防止策の立案

■生産性向上のための改善活動

■原価低減施策の立案・推進

■品質保証部門、製造部門との連携による品質改善

■外部サプライヤーとの技術折衝

■設備の安全対策、リスクアセスメントの実施

※求める人物像：好奇心があること、課題発見力が高く、その解決に向けて現場と協力しながら改善に取り組める方

【必須要件】

・セラミックスの材料開発、改善に携わったことがある方

・特に粉体を扱うセラミックスの製造技術または開発経験がある

学歴：大卒以上

歓迎要件

・耐火物やスラリーを扱う知識、経験があるかた

・データ分析のための統計学手法について実施経験があるかた

・焼結系セラミックスの機械加工経験者

【勤務形態】

08：15 ～ 17：05（実働7時間50分） / 休憩1時間（平均残業時間 20時間程度） フレックスタイム制およびテレワーク勤務制（月6日限度）有
