Principais Responsabilidades:

Recepcionar e atender clientes de forma cordial e eficiente. Auxiliar os clientes na escolha de produtos, esclarecendo dúvidas quando necessário. Realizar a pesagem, embalagem e entrega dos produtos solicitados. Garantir a correta exposição e apresentação dos produtos no balcão e vitrines. Manter um atendimento alinhado aos padrões de qualidade e excelência da empresa. Preparar insumos necessários para a produção e comercialização dos produtos. Auxiliar na montagem, porcionamento e embalagem de produtos da padaria. Realizar a reposição de mercadorias e controlar a organização dos estoques do setor. Verificar a validade e a qualidade dos produtos expostos para venda. Apoiar a equipe na execução das rotinas operacionais da área. Manter balcões, vitrines, equipamentos, utensílios e áreas de trabalho limpos e organizados. Seguir os procedimentos de higiene e segurança alimentar estabelecidos pela empresa. Realizar a limpeza periódica dos equipamentos e do ambiente de trabalho. Contribuir para a conservação dos materiais e equipamentos utilizados nas atividades diárias. Garantir que o setor esteja organizado e pronto para o atendimento durante todo o expediente.

Requisitos:

Ensino Médio Completo.

Desejável vivência com atendimento ao cliente, padaria, supermercado ou varejo alimentício.
