Propósito del cargo:

Asegurar la calidad, conformidad técnica y trazabilidad en la ejecución de proyectos de infraestructura renovable, con una visión transversal en especialidades civil, mecánica, eléctrica, control y sus interfaces. Garantizarás el cumplimiento de la ingeniería aprobada, especificaciones técnicas, normativa aplicable, requisitos OEM y estándares de Copec Flux, desde la fase inicial hasta la entrega final del activo.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Auditar la correcta ejecución de las obras civiles, mecánicas, eléctricas y de control, verificando su conformidad con ingeniería, normativa, fabricante y estándares corporativos.
  • Controlar y asegurar la calidad de proyecto, monitoreando el cumplimiento de los planes definidos (QAP, ITP), procedimientos, protocolos, ensayos, certificados, materiales y registros de calidad de actividades críticas.
  • Controlar y verificar la correcta implementación de las interfaces e integraciones entre disciplinas y sistemas.
  • Gestionar y realizar seguimiento de NCR, RFI, hallazgos, desviaciones y Punch List, verificando la implementación y cierre efectivo de acciones correctivas.
  • Asegurar la trazabilidad y completitud documental del proyecto, incluyendo protocolos, certificados, ensayos, dosier de calidad, Red-Line y documentación As-Built.
  • Verificar la preparación y liberación de partidas y/o sistemas asociados a hitos clave de los proyectos.
  • Emitir informes y resultados de auditoría, identificando riesgos, desviaciones, tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Contribuir a la estandarización y mejora continua, incorporando lecciones aprendidas y participando en la definición y transferencia de estándares, criterios y procedimientos de Copec Flux.

Requisitos

  • Formación: Ingeniería Civil en Obras Civiles, Ingeniería Civil, Eléctrica, Mecánica o afín.
  • Experiencia: +8 años de experiencia en cargos similares en la industria fotovoltaica / energía solar, alta tensión y subestaciones.
  • Rol en terreno: Experiencia actuando como contraparte técnica de terreno y gobernando los criterios de diseño en terreno mediante la gestión y supervisión directa de las obras.
  • Conocimientos normativos: Conocimiento de normativa SEC, IEC, IEEE, NCh, AISC y estándares técnicos aplicables a proyectos US.
  • Requisitos de movilidad (Excluyentes): Licencia de conducir clase B al día. Disponibilidad de movilización hacia la Región de Atacama (zona Vallenar) bajo esquema 5x2, viajando a terreno cada dos semanas.
