AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:
- Manage and resolve customer issues
- Manage orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants as well as from a manufacturing plant/distribution center to the customer
- Manage demand management actions as needed to meet monthly plan including order activities between manufacturing plants, sales team, and external customers
- Work with the materials group, other Copeland location customer service teams, warehouse personnel, trade compliance, and sales team to meet critical customer n
- Ensure accuracy of orders and shipment information in the Oracle systems
- Monitor shipments to meet monthly demand targets and customer on-time delivery

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- We offer work-life balance to our employees, general working hours for this position are: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
- Normal 40 hours per week.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Associate's degree or 60 hours college credit with 4+ years' experience in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office including email, Excel and Word
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Must be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Oracle experience
- Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
