Vi har nu en spændende jobmulighed i team Project Coordination, hvor vi søger en barselsvikar.

Som ny kollega vil du komme til at arbejde med både udvikling og drift af vores større tværgående projektportefølje.

Du kommer bl.a. til at arbejde med:

  • Overordnet koordination af studiestart 2027
  • Drift og koordination af tværgående studiestarts-arbejdsgrupper
  • Udviklingsopgaver på studiestartsområdet
  • Koordinering af undervisningsmiljøvurdering og opfølgning på handleplan
  • Projektledelse af 1-2 tværgående indsatser

Erfaring, kvalifikationer og personlige egenskaber

Rollen passer godt til dig, der trives med en varieret hverdag og synes, det er motiverende at skabe relationer og samarbejde på tværs. Du skal både have lyst til at udvikle nye idéer og til at få dem ført ud i livet.

Har du erfaring med projektledelse eller kendskab til studiestartområdet er det en fordel.

CBS ser ind i en tid med spændende forandringer i hele organisationen. Derfor skal du især kunne udvise udviklingsparathed og forandringsvillighed, og have lyst til at deltage i udviklingsarbejdet samt formidle nye processer og procedurer.

Hvem er vi

Du bliver en del team Project Coordination, en del af Project Coordination & Careers, og et mindre team på 4 kolleger. Project Coordination arbejder med tværgående projekter i studieadministrationen. Som en del af studieadministrationen får du en bred snitflade og får mulighed for at arbejde på tværs af hele organisationen blandt mange dygtige kollegaer i administrationen, og med det videnskabelige personale på institutterne.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår

Ansættelse og aflønning sker efter gældende overenskomst mellem Finansministeriet og relevant organisation (AC/HK), med en indplacering og aflønning afhængig af kvalifikationer og erfaring. Der vil ved ansættelsen være mulighed for at forhandle personlige tillæg. Ansættelsen er 37 timer om ugen.

Ansættelsen er tidsbegrænset for perioden 15. december 2026 til 1. januar 2028.
