Atuar como Analista de Sistemas e Negócios, mantendo contato direto com os usuários para identificar, compreender e analisar suas necessidades, traduzindo-as em requisitos claros, objetivos e bem estruturados. Propor soluções e melhorias que agreguem valor ao negócio, assegurando o alinhamento entre as expectativas dos usuários e a equipe de desenvolvimento, de modo a garantir o entendimento adequado das demandas, a eficiência na implementação e a entrega de soluções com qualidade e valor agregado.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Atuação como Analista de Negócios do Sistema Tributário de Salvador, abrangendo a elaboração de pareceres e orientações técnicas por e-mail e demais canais de comunicação.
  • Responsável pelo acompanhamento e assessoramento na execução dos serviços relacionados ao sistema IPM, incluindo realização de lançamentos, emissão e acompanhamento de relatórios, orientação aos usuários, consultoria e execução de rotinas operacionais.
  • Prestação de suporte quanto à usabilidade do sistema e aos procedimentos inerentes à Administração Pública, além da execução de atividades complementares necessárias à continuidade, eficiência e bom funcionamento das rotinas do sistema.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência com análise de requisitos, processos de negócio ou projetos.
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação, organização e análise.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes áreas e públicos.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de documentação e produtividade.
  • Capacidade de transformar necessidades complexas em requisitos claros e objetivos.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência na área de desenvolvimento de sistemas, com atuação em levantamento, análise e especificação de requisitos, elaboração de Histórias de Usuário e Casos de Uso.
  • Habilidade para interagir de forma colaborativa com equipes técnicas e usuários, promovendo o alinhamento das necessidades do negócio com as soluções tecnológicas.
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação, com clareza, objetividade, proatividade e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos e a qualidade das entregas.
