Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Betriebsleiters bei der Planung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung laufender Aufträge
  • Disposition der Elektroteams unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Qualifikationen, Prioritäten und Terminen
  • Prüfung vor der verbindlichen Terminierung, ob benötigtes Material, Unterlagen und weitere Voraussetzungen vollständig vorliegen
  • Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Lager, Projektleitung und Kunden bei fehlendem Material oder Terminänderungen
  • Controlling der Aufträge: Nachverfolgung von Stunden, Materialeinsatz, Kosten, Fertigstellungsgrad und offenen Leistungen
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Engpässen und Abweichungen sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen für den Betriebsleiter
  • Pflege von Einsatzplänen, Auftragsdaten und Dokumentationen im ERP- oder Dispositionssystem
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Abnahmen, Abrechnungen und Nachkalkulationen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Disposition, technischen Auftragsabwicklung oder Projektkoordination, idealerweise im Elektrohandwerk
  • Technisches Grundverständnis für Elektroinstallationen und benötigte Materialien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Planungssystemen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise und klare Kommunikation
  • Fähigkeit, auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen Prioritäten zu setzen
