Wat ga je doen als Laseroperator? Als Laseroperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt en zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van van onze high-tech lasersnijmachines voor buis- en plaatmateriaal. Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en dat de producten voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen.

Buislasersnijden: Volautomatisch snijden van buizen en profielen.

3D Lasersnijden: Complexe producten voorzien van gaten en uitsparingen, gecombineerd met robottechnologie.

Plaatlasersnijden: snelle en nauwkeurige bewerking van plaatmateriaal met een krachtige laserbron.

Je werkzaamheden:

  • Buizen of platen inladen en de machine correct instellen
  • Controleren of de gesneden onderdelen aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoen
  • Het snijproces optimaliseren
  • Problemen signaleren en met ideeën komen om te verbeteren
  • Stap voor stap leer je de machines volledig instellen, ombouwen en programmeren

Wat kun je van ons verwachten?

  • Een goed salaris passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring
  • Wij werken 38 uur per week met een korte werkdag op vrijdag (ons weekend start om 14.15 uur!)
  • Pensioen en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens cao Metaal en Techniek
  • Jouw nieuwe werkplek is gemakkelijk bereikbaar per auto, fiets/scooter of OV
