  • Partner with the Finance team to ensure accurate travel expense reporting and processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies, budgets, and safety requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and other travel service providers.

  • Arrange accommodations, meeting spaces, catering, and transportation according to event requirements.
  • Ensure all event logistics are managed efficiently, within budget, and in line with company policies.

Process Improvement & Operational Support

  • Monitor travel industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement initiatives to streamline travel operations, improve the employee experience, and maintain compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Support broader operational activities and projects within the Finance Operations team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in travel coordination or a related role, ideally in a global, high-tech, or corporate environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed to support global travel requirements.
  • Experience with MESH travel management software is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with travel booking systems and tools.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
