Wil jij mensen met een psychische kwetsbaarheid ondersteunen bij hun herstel en participatie? Als participatiecoach bij Clubhuis Noord begeleid je cliënten in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling en help je hen stappen te zetten naar een betekenisvolle daginvulling. Op dit moment zijn wij op zoek naar drie participatiecoaches voor 24 uur per week. Iets voor jou? Lees dan hieronder verder!

Wat krijg je van ons? We bieden je een leuke baan binnen een kleurrijke organisatie die de ambitie heeft de beste zorgverlener en zorgwerkgever van Amsterdam te zijn. Voor deze functie zijn de arbeidsvoorwaarden conform cao GGZ.

  • Contract: jaarcontract voor 24 uur per week, na een jaar met uitzicht op vast bij goed functioneren;
  • Salaris: FWG 40: min. €2.804 en max. €3.804 o.b.v. 36 uur per week;
  • Extra’s: Eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%), vakantiegeld (8%) en onregelmatigheidstoeslag;
  • Reiskosten: een vergoeding en een fietsplan;
  • Pensioenopbouw via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn;
  • Ontwikkelmogelijkheden: Volop mogelijkheden om je persoonlijk en professioneel te ontwikkelen;
  • Collega aandragen? Ontvang in totaal een aanbrengbonus van € 500,- netto.

Wat ga je doen? Als participatiecoach ga je met cliënten in gesprek en onderzoek je samen wat zij belangrijk vinden op het gebied van sociale contacten, vrije tijd, gezondheid, talentontwikkeling en betekenisvolle daginvulling. Je begeleidt cliënten individueel en in groepsverband, stimuleert hen om kleine stappen te zetten en helpt hen hun doelen te bereiken.

Daarnaast inventariseer je de wensen van cliënten, organiseer je passend aanbod of ontwikkel je dit zelf. Je werkt nauw samen met de begeleiders van de woonteams en andere organisaties in de wijk om de best mogelijke ondersteuning te bieden. Ook stel je zorgplannen op, schrijf je rapportages en evalueer je de voortgang met cliënten en andere betrokkenen.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag als participatiecoach bij Clubhuis Noord, een inlooplocatie in Amsterdam-Noord. Hier bied je mensen met een psychische kwetsbaarheid een veilige en laagdrempelige plek waar zij kunnen werken aan herstel, ontmoeting en participatie. Of kom je te werken op locatie Centrum Kijkduin in Amsterdam Nieuw-West.

Op de locatie komen ongeveer 80 cliënten met behoefte aan sociale contacten en een betekenisvolle daginvulling. Als participatiecoach ondersteun je hen op maat, kijk je naar wat iemand wél kan en help je cliënten stap voor stap om actief mee te doen. Dat maakt het werk afwisselend en waardevol.

Je werkt samen met een senior participatiecoach, participatiecoach, stagiaires en een manager.

Wij zijn op zoek naar drie participatiecoaches voor verschillende locaties. Tijdens het gesprek kijken we samen welke locatie het beste bij jou past.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een mbo 4-diploma in de zorg en ervaring met de GGZ.
  • Je bent uitnodigend, enthousiasmerend en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een stevige persoonlijkheid, bent creatief en een doorzetter.
  • Je werkt graag samen, zowel met cliënten als in teamverband.
  • Je respecteert verschillende culturen en levensbeschouwingen.
