Zorgeloos thuis staat voor meer dan thuiszorg alleen. Het zorgeloos thuis team staat voor optimale zorg voor cliënten die graag thuis blijven wonen en dat betekent dat er ook tijd is voor een kopje thee of een wandeling. Onze medewerkers van Zorgeloos Thuis kunnen echte 1-op-1 aandacht geven aan onze cliënten. Voor Zorgeloos Thuis zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Zorghulp die onze Zorgeloos Thuis cliënten wil ondersteunen bij het huishouden en welzijnsactiviteiten. Interesse? Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een jaarcontract voor 16 tot 32 uur per week, uiteraard bespreekbaar;
  • Salaris conform CAO VVT in FWG 15 (min. €2.401,- en max. €2.897,- bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband (36 uur);
  • Veel mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld een opleiding tot Verzorgende C;
  • Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van het bruto jaarinkomen en vakantietoeslag van 8% per jaar;
  • Pensioenopbouw via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, collectiviteitskorting op je zorgverzekering en reiskostenvergoeding conform CAO VVT;
  • Cordaan stimuleert persoonlijke ontwikkeling door het aanbieden van gerichte trainingen, cursussen en scholing via o.a. Good Habitz;
  • Een bonus van 500,- netto bij het aandragen van een collega;
  • Een fietsplan en fietsreparatievergoeding;

Wat ga je doen?

Als Zorghulp ga je huishoudelijke werkzaamheden verrichten bij onze Zorgeloos Thuis cliënten. Je bent gericht op het ondersteunen van cliënten en het overnemen van huishoudelijke taken. Daarnaast stimuleer je, in nauw overleg met de collega's van je team, de cliënt om huishoudelijke taken die de cliënt nog zelf kan zelf te doen. Maar als Zorghulp ben je meer dan dat: schoonmaakwerk is één van de taken, als betrokken medewerker signaleer jij namelijk ook veranderingen in de leefsituatie van mensen en onderneemt hier actie op.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je vindt het leuk om persoonlijke aandacht te geven aan onze cliënten;
  • Je hebt ervaring met huishouden of werken met (oudere) cliënten;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en bent bereid lichte tot zwaardere fysieke handelingen uit te voeren binnen de gestelde kaders van de functie;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal op NT2-niveau;
  • Je hebt geduld, kunt goed luisteren en begrip tonen maar ook zeker je grenzen aangeven;
  • Tot slot is het belangrijk dat je een fiets of scooter hebt. Daarmee reis je van cliënt naar cliënt.
