Grote projecten, stevige budgetten en complexe cijfers? Jij houdt ze niet alleen in de gaten, maar weet er ook richting aan te geven.

Voor de Oosterweelverbinding in Antwerpen zoekt Cordeel een Cost Controller die verder kijkt dan Excel en financiële rapportages. Iemand die cijfers doorgrondt, kansen ziet en projectteams helpt om financieel scherp te blijven.

Als onderdeel van ROCO bouwen we samen met andere Belgische bouwpartners aan een van de grootste infrastructuurprojecten van België. Een technisch uitdagend project waar jouw financiële inzichten rechtstreeks bijdragen aan het resultaat.

Je krijgt de financiële opvolging van een deelproject binnen perceel 3B in handen. Je duikt in de cijfers, maar zoekt evengoed de projectleiding op om te begrijpen wat er op de werf speelt. Want sterke cost control begint niet alleen achter je scherm, maar ook met inzicht in de praktijk.

Jouw analyses en prognoses helpen projectleiding en directie om tijdig bij te sturen en het project financieel op koers te houden.

Wat ga je doen:

  • Houd grip op de cijfers. Bewaak budgetten, kosten en financiële voortgang van jouw deelproject.
  • Spot afwijkingen. Vergelijk werkelijke kosten met vooropgestelde budgetten en signaleer tijdig financiële risico's en opportuniteiten.
  • Kijk vooruit. Stel betrouwbare prognoses op en vertaal financiële gegevens naar concrete inzichten voor de projectleiding.
  • Zoek de samenwerking op. Stem af met projectleiders en de Quantity Surveyor om de voortgang correct in kaart te brengen.
  • Maak cijfers begrijpelijk. Ontwikkel heldere dashboards en rapporteringen waarmee projectleiding en directie meteen aan de slag kunnen.
  • Denk mee over optimalisaties. Adviseer over kostenbeheersing en mogelijke verbeteringen die bijdragen aan het financiële resultaat.
  • Blijf dicht bij de praktijk. Combineer kantoorwerk met werfbezoeken om te begrijpen wat er achter de cijfers schuilgaat.

Wie zoeken we?

Jij hebt:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Handelsingenieur, Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen (TEW) of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Een sterk analytisch inzicht en de vaardigheid om complexe financiële gegevens helder te vertalen.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van Excel en ervaring met een ERP-pakket.
  • Bij voorkeur kennis van KPD-WIC en/of financiële BI-tools. Mooi meegenomen, geen must.
  • Interesse in de bouwsector en de motivatie om de werking van een grootschalig infrastructuurproject te doorgronden.

Jij bent:

  • Analytisch en nauwkeurig. Je ziet de details, maar verliest het grotere geheel niet uit het oog.
  • Hands-on en oplossingsgericht. Je signaleert niet alleen afwijkingen, maar denkt ook mee over oplossingen.
  • Communicatief sterk. Je brengt je inzichten helder over en durft je standpunt te onderbouwen.
  • Een echte teamplayer. Je schakelt vlot met zowel financiële als technische collega's.
  • Proactief. Je wacht niet tot iemand om een analyse vraagt, maar komt zelf met relevante inzichten.
