Bij C-battery bouwen we aan duurzame energieoplossingen voor de toekomst. Maar een sterk product ontwikkelen is één ding. Ervoor zorgen dat het efficiënt, veilig en op grotere schaal geproduceerd kan worden? Dat is waar jij het verschil maakt.

Als Production Engineer vorm je de brug tussen engineering en productie. Je denkt mee over nieuwe producten, optimaliseert bestaande processen en zorgt ervoor dat slimme ideeën ook op de werkvloer werken.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en krijgt de ruimte om verbeteringen niet alleen voor te stellen, maar ook écht te realiseren.

Wat ga je doen:

  • Maak productie slimmer. Optimaliseer productieprocessen, interne logistiek en de inrichting van de werkvloer met oog voor efficiëntie, kwaliteit en kosten.
  • Breng nieuwe producten naar de werkvloer. Begeleid de industrialisatie, valideer processen en zorg voor een vlotte implementatie in productie.
  • Los technische uitdagingen op. Analyseer problemen tijdens het productieproces, achterhaal de oorzaak en werk duurzame oplossingen uit.
  • Bewaak kwaliteit en veiligheid. Volg kwaliteitsresultaten op, stel duidelijke werkinstructies en procedures op en zorg dat verbeteracties worden uitgevoerd.
  • Verbind engineering en productie. Denk mee over ontwerpen en zorg dat nieuwe producten technisch maakbaar en schaalbaar zijn.
  • Ondersteun je collega's. Coach en train productiemedewerkers en help hen om veilig, efficiënt en kwaliteitsgericht te werken.
  • Laat data voor je werken. Analyseer productiegegevens, ontdek verbeterkansen en vertaal inzichten naar concrete acties.
  • Bouw mee aan de toekomst van onze productie. Bereid investeringen in machines, tooling en automatisatie voor en begeleid de implementatie ervan.
  • Werk over teams heen. Stem af met collega's van productontwikkeling, aankoop en kwaliteit om samen de beste resultaten te behalen.

Wie zoeken we?

Jij hebt:

  • Een masterdiploma in (elektro)mechanica, elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring met batterijtechnologie is een mooie troef.
  • Een goede kennis van productieprocessen, automatisatie en kwaliteitssystemen.
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en het vermogen om technische problemen gestructureerd aan te pakken.
  • Ervaring met Lean Manufacturing en/of Odoo? Mooi meegenomen, geen must.
  • Een goede kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Nederlands is een mooie extra.

  • Een echte verbeteraar. Je ziet waar processen slimmer kunnen en neemt initiatief om ze aan te pakken.
  • Hands-on. Je voelt je thuis op de productievloer en weet wat er in de praktijk speelt.
  • Analytisch en oplossingsgericht. Je zoekt naar de oorzaak van problemen en denkt verder dan een snelle oplossing.
  • Een sterke communicator. Je maakt technische informatie begrijpelijk en krijgt collega's mee in veranderingen.
  • Zelfstandig en ondernemend. Je neemt ownership over je projecten en zet ideeën om in actie.
  • Een teamplayer. Je werkt graag samen met verschillende disciplines en deelt je kennis.
