The posting

Voor onze vestiging te Wommelgem, zijn wij op zoek naar een Project Manager E&I/Automatisatie om onze afdeling Industry te versterken.

Als Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie en opvolging van projecten, zowel op technisch, financieel als organisatorisch vlak. Je zorgt voor een duidelijke planning, een efficiënte uitvoering en een vlotte samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf bij klanten en partners, stuurt projectteams aan en bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van de projecten. Daarbij zie je erop toe dat afspraken worden nagekomen en dat projecten tijdig en binnen de vooropgestelde doelstellingen worden opgeleverd.

Onderstaand vind je een overzicht van je takenpakket:

  • Analyseren en onderzoeken van de functionele vragen van onze opdrachtgevers;
  • Uitwerken van deze vragen naar technische automatiseringsprojecten, die een meerwaarde creëren voor onze klant;
  • Uitwerken van een kosten/baten analyse en deze voorstellen aan het management;
  • Leiden van een multidisciplinair team om goedgekeurde projecten binnen de afgesproken kosten en termijnen te realiseren met respect voor veiligheid;
  • Nemen van u verantwoordelijkheid naar bedrijfszekerheid van deze installaties;
  • Streven naar continue verbetering in ons procesvoering.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in mechanica, industrieel ingenieur of gelijkwaardig
  • Ervaring in projectleiding binnen een relevante industriële omgeving, met kennis van automatisatie en gelijkaardige projecten
  • Sterke affiniteit met techniek (o.a. elektriciteit, PLC, SCADA, MES) en ervaring in people management
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk); Frans is een plus
  • Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders te verbinden
  • Flexibel, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht met een proactieve “make it happen”-mentaliteit
  • Teamgerichte ingesteldheid met empathie en een positieve, samenwerkingsgerichte houding
