Bij Imtech Buildings Wommelgem krijg je de kans om jouw expertise in MEP-modellering verder te ontwikkelen en mee te werken aan toonaangevende bouwprojecten! 🏗️

Als Technical Designer werk je nauw samen met ons team om duurzame en efficiënte ontwerpen te creëren, waarbij je gebruikmaakt van jouw kennis van Revit. Jouw ontwerpen vormen de basis voor slimme, toekomstgerichte gebouwen waarin techniek en functionaliteit naadloos samenkomen.

Jouw rol:

  • 🏢 Modellering: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, beheren en detailleren van MEP-modellen in Revit voor onze bouwprojecten.
  • 🤝 Samenwerking: Je werkt samen met verschillende disciplines zoals architecten, ingenieurs en projectmanagers om technische ontwerpen te optimaliseren.
  • 📐 Kwaliteitscontrole: Je controleert of alle technische ontwerpen voldoen aan de projectvereisten.
  • 💻 Optimalisatie: Je zoekt constant naar nieuwe manieren om werkprocessen te verbeteren door innovatieve oplossingen toe te passen in jouw ontwerpen.

Wat we zoeken:

  • 🎓 Diploma: Een diploma in een technische richting met elektrische achtergrond.
  • 💻 Ervaring: Je hebt ervaring met MEP-modellering in Revit en een goed begrip van BIM-processen.
  • 🛠️ Technische kennis: Goede kennis van gebouwtechnieken (elektriciteit, HVAC, sanitair) en affiniteit met bouwprojecten.
  • 🗣️ Communicatieve vaardigheden: Je kunt helder communiceren met verschillende stakeholders en bent een echte teamplayer.
  • 🔄 Flexibiliteit: Je kunt je snel aanpassen aan de dynamische omgeving.
