  • Adhere to established network standards, procedures, and safety regulations, ensuring project completion is aligned with security and compliance requirements.
  • Actively participate in internal knowledge sharing and contribute to the improvement of processes and documentation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Extensive hands-on experience with network cabling, including termination and testing.
  • Significant experience with rack management and equipment installation in diverse environments.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the seven layers of the OSI model and their functions, and the practical application of this knowledge.
  • Strong familiarity with fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP model, subnetting, various routing protocols, advanced network security principles, network design methodologies).
  • Proven experience with common networking hardware from various manufacturers (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, etc.).
  • Advanced ability to design moderately complex network architectures, create detailed network diagrams, and translate design specifications into implementation plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Exceptional interpersonal skills for client collaboration and team leadership.
  • Ability to independently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience with project budgeting and resource allocation is essential.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
