Manager de Production (H/F)

CDD – 6 mois minimum (remplacement)

Localisation : Normandie, France

Secteur : Industrie / Équipements médicaux

Nous recrutons pour le compte dun groupe industriel reconnu, spécialisé dans la conception et la fabrication déquipements destinés au secteur médical, un Manager de Production dans le cadre dun CDD de remplacement pour absence longue durée.

Missions

Rattaché(e) au Manager Supply Chain Groupe, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la gestion et loptimisation des activités de production. À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Organiser et superviser les activités de production afin de garantir le respect des objectifs de qualité, coûts et délais
  • Encadrer et animer une équipe denviron 10 collaborateurs
  • Planifier et coordonner les ressources humaines, matérielles et techniques
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et analyser les résultats de production
  • Mettre en place des actions damélioration continue pour optimiser lefficacité et la productivité
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les services qualité, logistique, achats et supply chain
  • Veiller au respect des normes industrielles, des procédures qualité et des réglementations en vigueur
  • Contribuer au développement des compétences et à la motivation des équipes

Profil recherché

  • Expérience de 5 à 10 ans minimum en gestion de production industrielle
  • Expérience confirmée en management déquipe en environnement industriel
  • Bonne maîtrise des processus de production et des méthodes damélioration continue
  • Solides compétences en organisation, analyse et résolution de problèmes
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions rapidement et à sadapter à un environnement opérationnel exigeant
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et coordination interservices
  • Sens du leadership, esprit dinitiative et orientation résultats
