Nous recrutons pour le compte dun groupe industriel international spécialisé dans les traitements de surface et les technologies des matériaux un Technicien Industrialisation – Thermochimie afin de renforcer son pôle technique dédié au développement de procédés et à la réalisation de prototypes.

Missions

Intégré(e) à une équipe technique intervenant en support des filiales en France et à linternational, vous participerez aux activités dindustrialisation et de validation de procédés. À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Analyser les cahiers des charges clients et participer aux réunions techniques de lancement
  • Déterminer les besoins en outillages de traitement et de contrôle, en collaboration avec les fournisseurs ou le bureau détudes
  • Adapter les gammes de traitement existantes ou contribuer au développement de nouvelles solutions avec les équipes R&D
  • Mettre en œuvre les procédés de traitement pour la réalisation de pièces dessai
  • Réaliser ou coordonner les contrôles nécessaires (analyses métallographiques, rugosité, contrôles dimensionnels, analyses chimiques, etc.)
  • Analyser les résultats et ajuster les paramètres de traitement si nécessaire
  • Rédiger les rapports techniques et la documentation permettant le transfert de savoir-faire aux équipes de production
  • Accompagner et former les équipes des filiales, à distance ou sur site
  • Assurer le suivi et la maintenance des équipements techniques

Déplacements

Après une période de formation, des déplacements ponctuels pourront être réalisés en Europe et à linternational (en moyenne environ une fois par mois selon les besoins des projets).

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en traitement de surface, matériaux, chimie, mesures physiques ou domaine équivalent
  • Première expérience réussie en industrialisation, production ou environnement technique similaire
  • Maîtrise de techniques de métrologie et de caractérisation des matériaux
  • Capacité danalyse, rigueur et sens de lorganisation
  • Bon niveau danglais professionnel permettant déchanger avec des équipes internationales
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement technique exigeant

Les candidatures de profils techniciens expérimentés comme de jeunes ingénieurs peuvent être étudiées, avec adaptation du poste et des responsabilités selon lexpérience.
