The posting

CoreGo is an event technology company powering large-scale events and festivals. Our seamless payment and access control solutions ensure smooth operations and effortless experiences for attendees and organizers alike. Combining technical innovation with deep industry expertise, we help bring ambitious live experiences to life.

We are looking for a commercially minded and hands-on Customer Marketing Manager to support CoreGo’s growth across the UK market. In this role, you will act as the local marketing and market insight partner for our sales teams, helping us identify, engage and build relationships with the right venues, events and target accounts.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We’re looking for someone who understands how marketing, sales and customer insight connect — and who can turn that understanding into practical local execution that supports pipeline growth and customer relationships.

You will work closely with Local Sales, Group Marketing, RevOps and other country marketing colleagues as part of a cross-country commercial team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the market, translating strategy into action and making sure sales teams have the right insights, content and account data before customer outreach.

Job Description

  • Your primary responsibility is to drive local account-based marketing execution in your market, ensuring that CoreGo is visible, relevant and well-positioned towards selected target accounts in the live events and venue industry.
  • You build and maintain local target account lists in close collaboration with Local Sales and help ensure that the sales team always has relevant account, customer and market insight before outreach.
  • You localise and adapt global campaign concepts, content and marketing assets to fit your own market, language and customer context.
  • You plan and execute local marketing activities, including trade fairs, hospitality events and other customer-facing initiatives that help build pipeline and strengthen relationships with target venues and event organisers.
  • You support and participate actively in customer-facing meetings as a marketing and insight expert alongside Local Sales, bringing relevant market understanding, campaign context and customer knowledge into the conversation.
  • You collect local market learnings, campaign results and customer insights, and feed them back to Group Marketing to support continuous improvement across countries.
  • You support the development of case stories, reference customers and local proof points from UK events and venues, helping us show how CoreGo creates value in real customer environments.
  • You collaborate closely with Group Marketing, RevOps and other country marketing colleagues as part of the virtual commercial team, ensuring that local activities are aligned with CoreGo’s broader commercial priorities.

Practical Information

This is a permanent, full-time position. The start date is flexible and will be discussed individually.

This role is hybrid, based in the UK. The role includes regular travel across the UK and the other countries where we operate in for customer meetings, trade fair, industry events and internal collaboration.

You will work closely with colleagues across multiple countries and should be comfortable operating in a virtual, cross-border team environment.

Who You Are

  • You have proven experience in marketing, preferably in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, field marketing or another commercially oriented marketing role. You understand how marketing supports sales and revenue growth, and you enjoy working close to commercial targets.
  • You are structured and detail-oriented, but also hands-on and practical. You are comfortable turning strategy into concrete local actions, whether that means preparing account insight, adapting campaign materials, supporting sales meetings or coordinating local events.
  • You work independently and take ownership, but you also enjoy being part of a collaborative, international team. You communicate clearly, share learnings proactively and understand the value of working closely with sales, marketing and revenue operations.
  • You are curious about customers and the live events industry. You enjoy understanding how venues, festivals, event organisers and hospitality businesses work — and how better insight, technology and commercial execution can help them grow.
  • You bring positive energy, a commercial mindset and an outcome-driven way of working. You are motivated by building something, improving how we work and contributing to the growth of a fast-moving scale-up environment.
  • You are fluent in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation / CRM tools
  • Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth commercial transformation environment

Why Corego?

  • Work with meaningful, growth-driven solutions — our technology powers seamless payment and access experiences for hundreds of thousands of people at some of Europe's most memorable live events, giving you a dynamic, forward-looking environment to build and grow in.
  • Take on real ownership — you'll have genuine influence over how our data platform evolves, with the trust and space to shape decisions rather than just execute on them.
  • Grow with an international team — you'll collaborate closely with experienced colleagues, contributing to CoreGo's international journey.
  • Enjoy a culture that balances ambition and authenticity — we're professional, driven, and down-to-earth. We take our work seriously, without taking ourselves too seriously.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
