Job Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery and building facilities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise equipment downtime.
  • Carry out equipment installation, configuration, calibration and adjustments, including replacement of faulty components.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance inspections and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical drawings and equipment documentation.
  • Coordinate and monitor external contractors during maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental regulations and housekeeping standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, including equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repair.
  • Basic understanding of PLC programming and industrial control systems will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work rotating shifts.
