Job Descriptions

  • Prepare multi-modal shipments including air, sea and land from booking to final delivery.
  • Verify shipping paperwork (BL, COO, FCL, LCL) and handle customs permits and declarations.
  • Coordinate space on vessels, arrange schedules, and communicate daily with clients and overseas agents.
  • Coordinate trucking, warehousing, and container loading to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years in freight forwarding operations preferred
  • Candidates with no prior experience but a keen interest in logistics are welcome to apply
  • Familiarity with freight shipping documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
