We're proud to be a Living Wage accredited Employer.

What You'll Do:

CoreWeave’s Physical AI team is building the essential cloud platform for AI innovators, applying machine learning to solve previously intractable physics and engineering challenges. We operate at the intersection of advanced cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and applied data science, transforming how complex industrial products - such as automotive systems, aircraft, robotics, advanced manufacturing systems, and batteries - are conceived, tested, and developed.

About the role:

As a Staff Applied AI Lead, Physical AI & Robotics you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of the core components of our Physical AI platform. We're rebuilding the platform from the ground up, so you'll shape the product from day one. You'll drive execution across Research, Data Science, Engineering, and Forward Deployed Engineering to ship capabilities spanning agentic experiences, applied AI workflows, and enterprise integrations. You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand complex engineering and industrial workflows, identify where emerging AI technologies can create meaningful value, turn field signals into scalable platform improvements, and mentor other product managers across the organisation while setting a high bar for technical depth, product judgement, and customer empathy.

What you’ll do

  • Run discovery in the field, and spend time in front of customers
  • Decide what we build. You’ll take a candidate product from problem to validated concept; use case, customer proof points, and the business case for continuing or stopping
  • Ship products in a small squad, setting roadmap and sequencing work required.
  • Keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned. For the products you own: a one-line pitch, short summary and demo that anyone in the company can follow - what it is, why we’re building it, what’s next.

Who You Are:

  • Significant experience across product management, product strategy, technical programme leadership, or related roles, with a strong track record of turning complex technologies into products, platforms, or customer outcomes.
  • High versatility with a proven ability to work across multiple technical domains, such as ML modelling, generative AI, agentic workflows, robotics, advanced manufacturing, cloud infrastructure, or data engineering.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to confidently discuss APIs, architecture diagrams, deployment models, AI systems, and platform trade-offs with engineers, researchers, and technical customers.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership, skilled at aligning diverse teams across Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and commercial functions while managing technical dependencies and balancing constraints with business objectives.
  • Deep customer empathy with a curiosity for understanding complex engineering and industrial workflows, diagnosing friction points, and identifying where new technologies can fundamentally improve how customers work.
  • Absolute execution focus with a proven ability to build clarity out of ambiguity, move comfortably between strategy and hands-on delivery, maintain high attention to detail, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.

Preferred:

  • Background in engineering, physical research, robotics, advanced manufacturing, or applied data science, including experience working with physical systems, industrial environments, sensor data, or complex engineering workflows.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, machine learning, or cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or CoreWeave, and experience translating emerging technologies into real-world customer applications.
  • Experience with AI-assisted coding or prototyping tools; our PMs are builders first and regularly use technology to explore ideas, validate concepts, and accelerate product development.

Wondering if you're a good fit?

We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. We recognise that some of the strongest Physical AI product leaders have moved between product, engineering, research, strategy, programme leadership, and industry. Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk.

  • You love to build clarity out of complexity and champion high-impact technical products from concept to launch.
  • You're curious about emerging Physical AI technologies, generative AI, agentic workflows, robotics, and how they can be applied to transform real-world industrial and engineering challenges.
  • You're an expert in cross-functional execution, seamlessly connecting the dots between deeply technical engineering and research teams, enterprise customers, and commercial priorities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
