The posting

· Produção e consolidação de material para Rolling Forecast trimestralmente, conectando cronograma, avaliação de riscos e projeção financeira dos ativos;

· Avaliação interna sobre laudos independentes de projetos para releases na bolsa de valores da Austrália (ASX) e aprovação junto ao board da Cia;

· Elaboração de Business Plan por ativo para o ciclo de 5 anos;

· Acompanhamento de CapEx de projetos de implantação e exploração. Controle de Budget e Capital Request para o board da Austrália;

· Modelagem financeira dos ativos do Brasil entregues na conclusão do ciclo anual de planejamento estratégico e eventuais revisões ao longo do ano;

· Avaliação de gastos corporativos considerando a operação e os projetos previstos no pipeline da cia para o longo prazo;

· Valuation de projetos de M&A;

· Reports para board da OZ Minerals Brasil e CEO global;

Suporte para avaliações de projetos de produtividade e melhoria operacional.

Responsabilidades e atribuições· Conhecimento em avaliação financeira pela metodologia de valuation;

· Conhecimento de planejamento estratégico;

· Desenvolvimento de melhoria contínua de processos;

· Boa Comunicação;

· Relacionamento Interpessoal e influência;

· Trabalho em equipe;

· Maturidade;

· Pró-atividade;

Requisitos e qualificações· Requisitos Mínimos:Formação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou cursos relacionados. Experiência com análise de viabilidade econômica de projetos;

· Desejável Pós-Gradução em Finanças;

· Conhecimento em Contabilidade e Matemática Financeira;

· Excel Avançado;

· Inglês fluente.

· Requisitos Desejáveis:

· Noções de legislação tributária;

· Participação em processos de M&A;

· Análise de eficiência operacional e financeira;

Elaboração de reports de mercado.
