Product & Technology Specialist – Italy Location: Bologna or Rome, Italy | Travel: Extensive travel required – at least 3 days per week Salary: €45,000 gross annual salary Contract : Permanent contract About the Role We are looking for a Product & Technology Specialist to join our Italian team and play a key role in supporting the development and adoption of Corin’s products and technologies across the market. As the Italian point of reference for our products and technologies, you will work closely with the Sales Team, surgeons, clinical staff and hospital stakeholders, providing technical expertise and supporting the successful introduction and adoption of new solutions. This is a highly field-based and hands-on role, combining technical expertise, customer interaction, training and close collaboration with our Product and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities
Act as the Italian point of reference for Corin products and technologies. Support the Sales Team on opportunities involving a strong technical or technological component. Manage and support product and technology demonstrations, evaluations and new product introductions. Deliver product and technology training to Sales representatives, surgeons and clinical staff. Provide selective support during initial cases and early adoption phases of new products and technologies. Support workshops, congresses and other educational activities. Gather and structure market intelligence, competitor insights and user feedback. Act as a key link between the Italian market and Corin’s Product and Marketing teams.
About You
Degree in Biomedical Engineering or another relevant scientific discipline. Ideally 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry. Previous experience in orthopaedics is strongly preferred. Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in medical technologies, robotics and digital solutions. Ability to interact confidently and autonomously with surgeons, clinical staff and hospital stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both with customers and internal Sales teams. Hands-on, autonomous and proactive approach, with a strong ability to work independently in the field. Good level of English. Ideally based in Bologna or Rome. Willingness and availability to travel at least 3 days per week.
