We operate the most complete regulatory intelligence, policy and control management stack in the market. Our clients include some of the world’s largest tier-1 and globally systemic institutions. We are headquartered in Dublin with offices in Dublin London, Lisbon and New York, and we are scaling our Americas business significantly through 2026 and 2027.

The Role

This is also a high-performance, quota-carrying environment. You will own a number, carry it personally and be measured on it. In a fast-paced, high-growth region everyone rolls their sleeves up - sharing best practice, raising the bar on deal execution, and helping shape how we sell as the team scales. You will be based in New York and in our NYC office at least three days per week, working a named territory carved deliberately around your relationships and sector strength, with dedicated support from pre-sales, lead generation, product and marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Hunt and win new deals:Build and execute a territory plan against a named set of tier-1 and tier-2 North American financial institutions - banks, capital markets firms, asset managers and insurers.
  • Run six and seven-figure enterprise sales cycles:Take complex, multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation to closed-won.
  • Apply rigorous sales process:Qualify, progress and forecast every deal using MEDDPICC (or an equivalent best-practice methodology) - mutual action plans, champion building, paper-process mapping and economic-buyer access as standard practice.
  • Master a complex problem space:Learn the regulatory change, policy, controls and non-financial risk domain deeply - then translate it. The best sellers in this category make complicated things simple; you will be expected to explain our platform and its AI capabilities clearly, concisely and compellingly to both practitioners and the C-suite.
  • Win competitively: Position Corlytics decisively against legacy compliance tooling and competing RegTech platforms - with a sharp grasp of our differentors.
  • Run a clean, forecasted pipeline:Build and maintainyour target pipeline coverage, forecast with accuracy, keep full deal hygiene in the CRM, and run regular deal reviews with the Head of Americas.
  • Raise the bar around you:Share winning plays, swap deal craft with colleagues, and contribute to the GTM playbook as the Americas team grows.

Why Corlytics, Why Now

Regulatory intelligence is the most strategically important category in financial services compliance and non-financial risk technology, and the market is consolidating around a small number of credible platforms. Corlytics is one of them - with the regulatory data depth, taxonomy, AI capability and differentiated policy and control capability to win in the market. New executive leadership. A rapidly growing Americas footprint. A defined, named-account, seven-figure opportunity. And the rare chance to land tier-1 logos in a category finally getting board-level attention.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
