Primary Inspection Duties

  • Stamp approved products using assigned unique inspector ID, ensuring full traceability.
  • Accurately document findings in designated digital or paper systems.
  • Identify, classify, and communicate defects (minor, major, critical) immediately to operations for correction.
  • Prevent the release of nonconforming products to customers.

Quality & Compliance

  • Maintain strict adherence to corporate quality standards, EOL inspection guidelines, and itemized pass/fail criteria.
  • Participate in ongoing EOL Calibration Training and annual recertification (as required by corporate guidelines).
  • Support CFAs (Customer Facing Audits) and respond to issues with urgency.
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation, traceability, and escalation procedures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Communicate directly with Production, Materials, Maintenance, and Quality teams regarding defects and systemic issues.
  • Provide objective feedback to support corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Participate in rotational EOL inspector scheduling as required by the site plan.

Behavioral Expectations

  • Serve as a role model for accuracy, integrity, and responsibility.
  • Demonstrate strong situational awareness, attention to detail, and professional communication skills.
  • Uphold the Accountability Agreement associated with stamp usage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 months of experience as a Production Associate or Quality Technician within the company.
  • Ability to pass a written and practical skills test covering:
  • 14-point criteria
  • Use of inspection tools
  • CTQ knowledge
  • Defect identification
  • Documentation accuracy
  • Proven ability to make independent final-quality decisions.
  • Strong visual acuity and ability to work under high-intensity back/overhead lighting (≥160 FtC).
  • Ability to remain objective in high-pace manufacturing environments.
  • Performance Requirements
  • No disciplinary actions or attendance issues within the past 60 days.
  • Positive performance record and reliability.
  • Written endorsement from both direct Supervisor and Quality Manager.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
