Partnership Account Manager, LuxembourgLocations Luxembourg - Prince Henri - Cross Bordertime type Full timejob requisition id R09855Your roleWhat you'll be doingHow We WorkAs a Partnership Account Manager, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:• Assigned workspace in our Luxembourg office• Company-issued equipment• Formal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:• Managing day-to-day relationships for assigned customer accounts to ensure service delivery meets contractual expectations• Supporting customer retention by responding to service needs, coordinating issue resolution, and monitoring account activity• Analyzing account performance, service metrics, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities• Coordinating with Operations, Billing, and other internal teams to resolve account issues and deliver agreed solutions• Preparing account reviews, customer communications, and service summaries for internal and external stakeholders• Identifying potential risks, service gaps, or upsell opportunities and escalating appropriatelyQualifications & Skills• Proven experience in account management, partnership management, or a similar client-facing role within the financial services industry.• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop actionable strategies.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead training sessions and feedback discussions with Partners.• Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.Benefits & Perks• 26 annual leave days per annum• Competitive salary package• A collaborative, close-knit, and flexible working environment• Opportunities to gain valuable industry knowledge and insight across fuel, automotive, payments, and financial technology sectors• Career development and growth opportunities within a global organisation• Exposure to international teams and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced business environmentPay Transparency The salary range for this position is €55,000 - 85,000 EUR gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation.
