The Opportunity

Previous experience in FX, finance or sales is not essential. We are looking for self-starters with big ambitions, a strong work ethic, resilience and a genuine desire to succeed.

As a Business Development professional within our Private Markets team, your primary responsibility will be identifying, engaging and developing new business opportunities with institutional clients across a range of industries.
You will own the sales process, from researching prospective businesses and making initial contact through to understanding client requirements and working alongside our experienced FX specialists to deliver tailored solutions.
This is a phone-led, new-business-focused sales role where success is driven by your ability to build relationships, generate opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
The role offers the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge of the global FX market while building a rewarding career within an established international organisation.
The Specifics
- Researching and identifying potential institutional clients across a range of industries.
- Building and developing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Owning the telephone and confidently engaging C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Using cold calling and outbound business development as your primary methods of generating opportunities.
- Understanding prospective clients' businesses and identifying their foreign exchange exposure and challenges.
- Educating prospective clients on Corpay's FX and international payment solutions.
- Working closely with experienced analysts, strategists and senior sales professionals to develop and present tailored FX solutions.
- Managing the end-to-end new business sales process, from initial prospecting through to winning new clients.
- Developing strong commercial relationships and identifying opportunities to generate new revenue.
About You
No prior experience in FX, finance or sales is required. We prioritise mindset, attitude and potential over background.
