En DK Management Services S.A. estamos en la búsqueda de un Auxiliar de Mantenimiento para unirse a nuestro equipo en Manta, Manabí, Ecuador. En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de brindar soporte y ejecutar actividades relacionadas con el mantenimiento en el prestigioso Mall del Pacífico.

Ejecutar y dar soporte en las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de instalaciones de los centros comerciales.

Como Auxiliar de Mantenimiento, serás responsable de ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo en instalaciones, equipos y áreas comunales. Además, estarás a cargo de verificar, notificar y controlar el estado de las instalaciones del centro comercial, asegurando su adecuado funcionamiento y conservando su imagen y diseño.

Otras responsabilidades incluyen la organización y actualización de registros de mantenimiento, la gestión de inventarios de materiales, la preparación y organización del material necesario para los mantenimientos, y el apoyo en la verificación de generadores eléctricos. También serás responsable de ejecutar otras actividades asignadas por tu jefe inmediato para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones.
