職務概要

ティーチングアシスタント（TA）は、Correlation Oneのオンライン授業を受講する30人程度の学習を支援する役割を担います。オンライン授業中のサポートに加え、授業時間外にも受講者からの質問対応や学習支援を行い、授業内容の理解と定着を手助けします。

プログラム詳細情報

  • 日時：2027年1月〜毎週月・水曜日 19:00〜21:30（日本時間）

主な業務

オンライン授業中の業務

  • プログラム向けに開設されたSlackのチャンネル（授業中の質問を受け付けるライブチャットチャンネル、支援が必要な受講者向けの質問チャンネル、補助的な教材を共有するためのチャンネルなど）を確認し、受講者からの質問に迅速に対応する
  • オンライン授業終了後に受講者へ声をかけ、授業内容の理解状況や質問、不明点などを確認する
  • 授業中の少人数ディスカッション（ブレイクアウトルーム）の進行を必要に応じてサポートする
  • リードインストラクターに技術的なトラブルが発生した場合や、授業を継続できない場合に、授業が円滑に進むようサポートする

オンライン授業外の業務

  • Slackの関連チャンネルを確認し、受講者からの質問に24時間以内に回答する
  • 受講者に質問をしたり、Slackの補助的な教材を共有するためのチャンネルで関連情報やリンクを共有したりすることで、受講者同士の交流や学びを促す
  • 授業中にCorrelation Oneスタッフや他の講師陣への共有が必要な重要事項があった場合、該当するスラックチャンネルで共有する
  • 次回の授業に備え、演習やプロジェクト、ケーススタディなどの教材を事前に確認し、受講者からの質問に対応できるよう準備する
  • プログラム受講者からの追加の質問や相談に対応するため、Google Meetを使用したオフィスアワーを週最大6回実施する
  • 受講者が提出した課題やプロジェクトを、提出から7日以内に採点する
  • 毎週の成果や課題、各受講者に関する所見をまとめた週次レポートを提出し、Correlation Oneチームに具体的なフィードバックを共有する（提出期限は米国東部時間の毎週日曜日20:00）
  • Correlation Oneチームおよび他の講師陣との週次スタッフミーティングに参加する
  • 予定されているすべてのオンラインミーティングでは、カメラをオンにして参加し、積極的かつプロフェッショナルな姿勢で参加する

プログラム開始前に実施されるTA向け事前研修への参加が必須となります。実施日時は別途案内されます

求める経験・スキル

  • EPI認定 CDCP®（Certified Data Center Professional）資格をお持ちの方
  • 日本語と英語で業務上のコミュニケーションができ、口頭と文章の両方で適切に対応できる方
  • データセンター施設、またはそれに類する環境での実務経験をお持ちの方
  • 技術チームの指導、監督、またはリーダーシップ経験をお持ちの方は歓迎します。特に、正式な授業や講師経験が少ない方の場合、こうしたチーム育成・指導経験を歓迎します
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、さまざまな学習経験、職務経験、技術経験を持つ成人学習者をサポートできる方
  • データセンター運用やインフラ分野でのキャリアを目指す受講者の学習支援に強い関心・意欲をお持ちの方
  • 受講者の立場に立って考え、柔軟かつ忍耐強く対応できる方
  • CompTIA A+、Network+などの基礎IT資格をお持ちの方は歓迎します

本ポジションは完全リモート勤務です。日本時間の授業および業務に対応可能な方であれば、応募していただけます。
