  • Implement and maintain data integrity practices and protocols aligned with GLP standards.
  • Assist with software validation, qualification, testing, and documentation activities as required by GLP guidelines.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update documentation related to software administration, including SOPs, user guides, training materials, and support procedures.
  • Provide training and support to laboratory users on application functionality, best practices, and compliance-related processes.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with lab users, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory expectations, and advancements in GLP laboratory software solutions.

What Skills You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software administration, application support, or systems support, preferably in a laboratory, R&D, or technical environment.
  • Experience supporting IT applications or systems used in lab, R&D, scientific, or regulated environments.
  • Exposure to regulated environments such as GLP, GxP, or similar compliance frameworks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, systems, user access, and user-reported issues.
  • Experience working directly with end users and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support business needs.
  • Experience supporting application upgrades, system enhancements, configurations, or implementations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
