Role Overview

As the Interiors Manager, you’ll support the Project Manager by overseeing day‑to‑day interior construction activities for renovations and new construction within multi‑million‑dollar, multifamily apartment communities. • Support capital projects including exterior repairs, amenities, MEP upgrades, and common areas.
  • Track, organize, and maintain on‑site construction materials and inventory to avoid delays.
  • Ensure work aligns with accepted building practices, applicable codes, and market pricing.

Planning, Scheduling & Controls

  • Assist with developing and maintaining project schedules, construction meetings, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Monitor construction progress against approved budgets and timelines, escalating risks as needed.
  • Update and maintain internal construction trackers on a daily basis.
  • Participate in diligence walks, assess property conditions, mark up site plans, and help estimate repair and renovation costs.

Contractor & Vendor Coordination

  • Assist with procuring construction services and supporting vendor selection.
  • Coordinate and inspect contractor work, ensuring quality, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to complete work more safely, cost‑effectively, or within existing contract scope.

  • Working knowledge of construction equipment, materials, and sequencing.
  • Proven project coordination skills across multiple stages of construction and renovation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
