Job Summary

Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting HR consulting and recruitment solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Promote the company’s HR consulting, recruitment, and manpower solutions to meet client needs.
  • Analyze clients’ business requirements and recommend appropriate HR services to support their objectives.
  • Prepare detailed business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations to secure new contracts.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business leads and emerging trends.
  • Follow up with clients, negotiate business terms effectively, and close sales deals to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and HR teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development goals.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills applied to client engagement and deal closure.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships that drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
