Présentation des missions

En tant que Technicien Transport Logistique F/H, rattaché(e) au Responsable Logistique, vous êtes garant(e) du suivi des expéditions et des retours de pièces auprès de nos sous-traitants, ainsi que de l'acheminement de nos pompes cardiaques jusqu'aux établissements hospitaliers.

A ce titre, vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Organiser les envois de composants et de sous-assemblages vers les sous-traitants externes impliqués dans la fabrication du produit et assurer le passage des commandes associées
  • Prendre en charge le packaging et le transport des produits vers les centres de stérilisation (Sterlab, Ionisos, Icare), le passage des commandes et la réservation des créneaux en collaboration avec le Supply Planner
  • Optimiser le choix des transporteurs, les coûts logistiques associés et gérer les douanes
  • Garantir l’expédition, la distribution et la traçabilité des produits finis vers les hôpitaux
  • Gérer les retours produits / RGA (réclamations, problèmes qualité, explant…) et organiser leur acheminement
  • Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour du fichier de stock
  • Contribuer activement à la gestion des déchets chimiques

Profil recherché

Formation : Niveau Bac minimum, idéalement en logistique ou équivalent

Expérience :

  • 2 ans d’expérience minimum en logistique ou dans un poste similaire, de préférence en environnement industriel
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Capacité à échanger en français et en anglais dans un environnement international
  • Une expérience en startup ou PME innovante serait un plus

Compétences clés :

  • Maîtrise des processus de réception, de stockage et de gestion des flux
  • Connaissance du transport national et international et de sa réglementation (Incoterms)
  • Connaissance des exigences liées au transport de marchandises dangereuses (certification IATA appréciée)
  • Rigueur, organisation et respect des procédures dans un environnement fortement réglementé

  • Excellente communication et esprit d’équipe
  • Réactivité, engagement opérationnel et goût pour les environnements dynamiques
