Job Title: Part-Time Event Assistant (Island-wide) Job Hours: 5 days a week, 8am to 2pm

The Opportunity:

We are looking for friendly, proactive and dependable Part-Time Event Assistants to support a promotional QR code registration and gift-redemption campaign.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Approach and engage members of the public in a friendly and professional manner
  • Introduce the promotional campaign and encourage interested participants to scan the QR code
  • Answer basic questions about the promotional registration process
  • Maintain a positive, professional and approachable attitude throughout the shift

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in roadshows, promotions, events, retail or customer service will be advantageous
  • Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with members of the public
  • Able to communicate instructions clearly and confidently
  • Comfortable using smartphones, QR codes, WhatsApp and online registration forms
  • Proactive, patient and service-oriented
  • Able to commit to the required working days and hours
