Buscamos um(a) Auxiliar de Gate para atuar no controle de acesso de veículos, containers, cargas e documentos em nossa operação logística, garantindo que o fluxo de entrada e saída ocorra com segurança, organização e conformidade com os procedimentos estabelecidos.Essa posição é essencial para assegurar a fluidez das operações, realizando conferências documentais, registros operacionais e orientações aos motoristas, contribuindo para a integridade das informações e a eficiência do pátio logístico.Valorizamos profissionais organizados, atentos aos detalhes, com boa comunicação e comprometidos com a segurança, qualidade e melhoria contínua.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSua missão será garantir o controle eficiente do fluxo de veículos, cargas e documentos no acesso ao pátio ou unidade operacional, realizando conferências, registros e orientações operacionais que assegurem a correta entrada e saída de veículos, o cumprimento dos procedimentos logísticos e a integridade das informações da operação.Principais responsabilidades:• Controlar a entrada e saída de caminhões na unidade• Realizar a conferência inicial da documentação de transporte, notas fiscais, CT-e e ordens de carregamento ou descarregamento• Registrar nos sistemas e controles operacionais os dados de chegada e saída dos veículos• Direcionar motoristas para docas, pátio ou áreas operacionais conforme programação logística• Conferir documentos de transporte antes da liberação de acesso à operação• Identificar e comunicar divergências documentais à liderança ou área responsável• Monitorar o fluxo de veículos no pátio, evitando congestionamentos e bloqueios operacionais• Controlar filas de espera para carregamento e descarregamento• Apoiar a organização do pátio, direcionando veículos para as áreas adequadas• Informar à equipe operacional a chegada de veículos para início das operações logísticas• Atualizar registros, planilhas e controles operacionais relacionados às movimentações• Garantir a confiabilidade das informações registradas no processo• Verificar condições básicas de segurança para acesso de veículos e motoristas• Orientar sobre normas de segurança, uso de EPIs e procedimentos internos• Reportar situações de risco, irregularidades e ocorrências à liderança• Apoiar a organização e disciplina operacional do gateExperiências esperadas:• Experiência prévia em operações logísticas, portaria logística, controle de acesso ou pátio será um diferencial• Vivência com conferência documental e registros operacionais• Familiaridade com rotinas logísticas e atendimento a motoristas será considerada um diferencial• Conhecimento básico em sistemas operacionais logísticos e controles administrativosRequisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:• Ensino Médio Completo• Disponibilidade para atuar em turnosConhecimentos técnicos (hard skills):• Procedimentos operacionais de gate logístico• Controle de fluxo de veículos em pátio logístico• Conferência de documentos de transporte (NF, CT-e e ordens de carga)• Sistemas operacionais logísticos (TMS, WMS ou sistemas internos)• Pacote Office e planilhas operacionais• Normas básicas de segurança operacionalCompetências comportamentais (soft skills):• Atenção aos detalhes• Organização e disciplina operacional• Trabalho em equipe• Tomada de decisão• Responsabilidade e senso de donoInformações adicionaisVantagens de ser Costa Brasil:Cuidamos de você🩺 Plano de saúde🦷 Plano odontológico🛡️ Seguro de vida custeado pela empresa💙 Iniciativas de equilíbrio entre vida e trabalho🏖️ Parceria com SESC para lazer, cultura e qualidade de vida🎉 Day off no mês do aniversárioFacilitamos o seu dia a dia🍝 Vale refeição (de acordo com a unidade)🧺 Vale alimentação🚌 Vale transporte ou auxílio combustívelValorizamos o seu trabalho💰 Participação nos Lucros e Resultados🎄 Cartão de Natal para sua ceiaImpulsionamos o seu crescimento📈 Incentivo ao desenvolvimento profissional🎓 Parcerias com instituições de ensino
