What you’ll do Being a Senior D365 Analyst about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll:
Support incident, problem, and event management for D365, escalating complex issues to senior team members or third-party providers. Assist with monitoring and maintaining D365 environments, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance and reporting. Provide first-line support for D365 users, resolving routine queries and requests. Help ensure compliance with Information Security, risk, SOX, and audit requirements by following established processes Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for D365 releases.
