We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will ensure guests enjoy exceptional body treatments, massages and hydrotherapy experiences in line with Costa Navarino standards. You will also promote and sell retail products, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional spa treatments in line with established protocols and Costa Navarino standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the spa menu, treatments and products, providing personalized consultations and recommendations based on guests’ needs.
  • Promote and sell spa treatments and retail products, contributing to departmental sales targets.
  • Prepare, clean and restock treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
  • Support daily spa operations as requested by management, including coordinating with the Spa Reception team on guest information, treatment recommendations and feedback.
  • Develop and deliver spa and wellness activities for guests, contributing to an engaging and personalized experience.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment, report maintenance issues and suggest improvements to procedures and service delivery.
  • Manage time effectively, arrive punctually for each shift and treatment, and contribute to resolving operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a physiotherapist in a 4- or 5-star resort.
  • Additional qualifications in body treatments, such as wraps and soft pack treatments, will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and professional skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to guest needs and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A sales-oriented approach, with experience in promoting and selling treatments and products.
  • A self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility, integrity and teamwork.
