We are looking for a Team Leader, Guest Experience to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will ensure a warm welcome and seamless guest experience throughout each stay. You will provide personalized service, handle guest concerns, coordinate special arrangements and support the training and daily guidance of the Guest Relations team.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and farewell guests, providing information about the resort and local attractions.
  • Manage VIP arrivals and check-ins in line with brand standards and escort guests to their rooms.
  • Arrange special celebrations and personalised guest experiences.
  • Handle guest complaints, coordinate with relevant departments and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support team training, coaching, and daily operations.
  • Manage guest and travel agency requests, including special occasions and celebrations.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and online reviews, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular resort rounds to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Guide the team in following company policies, brand standards, and health and safety procedures.
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated on hospitality trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc).
  • Strong guest service skills and ability to create memorable experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Good computer skills and ability to use hotel systems and software.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and professional email etiquette.
  • Strong multitasking, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.
