Le principali responsabilità

Dinamico/a, orientato/a allo sviluppo e autonomo/a, desideri investire in un progetto aziendale in un mercato di nicchia con prodotti innovativi.

Le tue missioni:

> Commerciale In modalità home office, sei responsabile della promozione e commercializzazione delle nostre soluzioni per la protezione dell’udito presso clienti e prospect B2B. Gestisci lo sviluppo del tuo territorio in linea con la strategia commerciale aziendale. Sei orientato/a ai risultati e alle performance.

> Tecnico della prevenzione Ti occupi della realizzazione delle impronte auricolari per la produzione su misura dei dispositivi. Operi nel rispetto delle procedure di qualità e sicurezza aziendali.

> Formatore Utilizzando strumenti didattici, eroghi sessioni di formazione per sensibilizzare ai rischi legati al rumore. Sei riconosciuto/a come referente competente presso aziende e organizzazioni sanitarie.

Profilo ricercato

• Minima esperienza in ambito B2B • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese o francese (2 colloqui su 3 in inglese) • Forte orientamento commerciale e attitudine alle sfide • Interesse per il mondo delle vendite e desiderio di crescita professionale • Dinamismo e spiccate capacità relazionali • Flessibilità, adattabilità e ottime doti comunicative • Motivazione a entrare in un contesto dinamico, internazionale e in forte crescita

Retribuzione e benefit

• Retribuzione:

  • Fisso: €27.904 – €29.904 annui (su 14 mensilità)
  • Variabile non cap (al raggiungimento degli obiettivi)
  • RAL complessiva indicativa: €27.904 – €45.000 lordi

• Rimborso spese:

  • Copertura delle spese legate all’attività

• Indennità smart working: €35/mese

Inserimento e condizioni di lavoro

Al tuo arrivo: Parteciperai a un percorso di onboarding di 3 settimane completamente retribuito e coperto (hotel, pasti, viaggi inclusi, anche per il rientro nel weekend).

Ti forniremo tutta l’attrezzatura necessaria: • Smartphone (abbonamento illimitato) • Laptop • CRM Salesforce • Stampante

Successivamente: Entrerai a far parte di un team commerciale ambizioso e dinamico. Sarai supportato/a dal tuo manager (colloqui mensili, quadrimestrali e annuali).

Opererai in un contesto dinamico nel settore della salute uditiva, con attività ad alto valore aggiunto.

Organizzazione del lavoro: • 2 giorni in home office (attività telefonica e pianificazione) • 3 giorni sul campo (visite clienti e prospect)

Entrerai in un’azienda che valorizza iniziativa e autonomia, con concrete opportunità di crescita interna.

Processo di selezione
