This is a remote position for Quebec residents. Count myAccount provides tax, accounting, and payroll services to individuals and small businesses across Canada - one accountable team, clear steps, no surprises. We are growing our Quebec practice and are hiring a bilingual Bookkeeper and Accountant as a year-round independent contractor. You manage a portfolio of Quebec small-business clients on our platform: monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations, GST/HST and QST filings, Quebec payroll (source deductions to Revenu Québec and the CRA, RL-1 and T4 slips), year-end working papers, and Quebec returns prepared in ProFile. Steady monthly work, fully remote, and you control your schedule. How selection works: application review, a short phone conversation, an online assessment (about 60 minutes; includes brief webcam snapshots for integrity - your screen is never recorded), an interview, and references. Vous gérez un portefeuille de petites entreprises québécoises sur notre plateforme : tenue de livres mensuelle et rapprochements, déclarations de TPS/TVH et de TVQ, paie québécoise (retenues à la source à Revenu Québec et à l'ARC, relevés 1 et feuillets T4), dossiers de fin d'exercice et déclarations québécoises préparées dans ProFile. Travail mensuel stable, entièrement à distance, et vous gérez votre horaire. Processus de sélection : analyse de la candidature, courte conversation téléphonique, évaluation en ligne (environ 60 minutes; comprend de brèves captures par webcam pour l'intégrité - votre écran n'est jamais enregistré), entrevue et références.
