The posting

At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to our patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions.

The MSO Operations Associate plays a foundational role in keeping the team running efficiently. This role owns a defined set of operational responsibilities — including claims tracking, provider activation support, and reporting — so that field based teams can stay focused on high-value provider relationships and Clover Assistant adoption.

As an MSO Operations Associate, you will:

  • Serve as a resource and support for team members navigating operational workflows.
  • Monitor and track Payment Exception status, staying current on open items including PE, UST/config, and Tier 3 matters.
  • Attend recurring claims status meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Execute Contract Signature Workflow, including Medication Adherence (Docusign/bilateral, CAQH checks and preparation for Network Operations handoff)
  • Qualify Growth Leads received through various channels (website, direct, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Monitor and track Contract Signature-to-Activation workflows, staying current on open items including Network Operations Credentialing Team, UST/config, and Tier 3 matters.
  • Route and triage escalations from field teams to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Support provider activation workflows, including intake tracking, documentation readiness, and coordination of go-live steps.
  • Monitor the progress of Clover Home Care (CHC) referrals and other onboarding milestones, flagging delays proactively.
  • Update MSO reporting sources on a regular cadence, ensuring accuracy and timely completion by deadlines.
  • Maintain dashboards and tracking tools that support visibility into team performance.
  • Attend routine and ad-hoc operational meetings as required; other duties as assigned.
  • Facilitate document management, storage and maintenance.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably within a healthcare or managed care setting.
  • You are highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple active workflows simultaneously.
  • You have excellent attention to detail — particularly for claims tracking, reporting accuracy, and documentation completeness.
  • You are proficient with tools for updating metrics and generating reports (Google Sheets, SharePoint, CRM systems, etc.).
  • A general understanding of healthcare concepts, including HEDIS, claims processing, EHRs, medical billing and coding, reimbursement models, and Medicare/Medicare Advantage (preferred)
  • You are a proactive, self-motivated team player who follows through with minimal supervision.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate well across internal teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
