The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Strategic Programs Director based in the United States.

As Revenue Strategic Programs Director, you will lead high-impact global initiatives that align revenue strategy with operational execution and measurable business outcomes. You will oversee a portfolio of strategic programs designed to accelerate growth, improve sales performance, and strengthen collaboration across revenue-generating teams. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business priorities into actionable plans, scalable processes, and clear performance targets. You will drive alignment across regions and functions while ensuring initiatives are properly prioritized, resourced, and executed. Through structured program management, change leadership, and data-driven decision-making, you will help teams adopt new ways of working and deliver lasting results. This remote opportunity is ideal for a strategic and execution-oriented leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys turning ambitious business goals into measurable impact.

Accountabilities

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Own the portfolio of high-priority global revenue programs from initial concept and business case through planning, launch, adoption, and impact measurement. Translate executive priorities into clear program charters, success metrics, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Revenue Priority Management: Prioritize and sequence initiatives across sales, specialist teams, presales, partnerships, enablement, finance, and product functions to ensure resources are focused on the highest-value opportunities and frontline teams can execute effectively.
  • Global Alignment and Collaboration: Establish shared revenue priorities, consistent operating rhythms, and coordinated execution across regions, market segments, and business functions. Work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to break down silos and resolve competing priorities.
  • Executive Governance and Planning: Organize and facilitate executive steering committees, program reviews, annual planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, and revenue kickoffs to support strategic alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making.
  • Program Design and Operating Models: Develop scalable program frameworks, governance structures, processes, playbooks, and templates that enable consistent delivery globally while allowing for regional and segment-specific requirements.
  • Business Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Use performance data, field feedback, and customer insights to identify revenue gaps, diagnose operational challenges, and design targeted solutions that improve business performance.
  • Change Management and Adoption: Lead change management activities for strategic revenue initiatives, including stakeholder assessments, communications, training coordination, enablement planning, and reinforcement to ensure new processes and go-to-market approaches are successfully adopted.
  • Field Engagement and Organizational Readiness: Represent field perspectives during program design and translate strategic objectives into practical execution plans. Assess organizational readiness, identify adoption barriers, and adapt initiatives based on stakeholder feedback and performance indicators.
  • Execution Tracking and Risk Management: Maintain rigorous program management practices, including milestone tracking, status reporting, risk and issue logs, dependency management, and clear ownership of deliverables and decisions.
  • Performance Measurement and Business Impact: Develop dashboards and executive reports that connect program execution to key revenue outcomes, including pipeline growth, bookings, annual recurring revenue (ARR), customer retention, expansion, and sales productivity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Measure realized business value, document lessons learned, and use performance insights to improve future programs. Adjust, reinforce, or discontinue initiatives based on adoption levels and demonstrated impact.
  • Leadership and Influence: Lead through influence across a complex, matrixed global organization, mentoring program managers and coordinating project resources as needed. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior revenue executives on strategic priorities, resource allocation, execution risks, and organizational readiness.
  • Professional Experience: At least 15 years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, business operations, strategic program management, consulting, or a related field. Experience within a B2B SaaS or technology company is strongly preferred.
  • Global Program Leadership: Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple revenue functions, regions, and stakeholder groups, with measurable business results.
  • Change Management Expertise: Proven experience driving adoption of new processes, technologies, tools, or go-to-market strategies across large, distributed sales or customer-facing teams.
  • Strategic and Operational Thinking: Strong ability to translate high-level business strategy into practical execution plans, establish priorities, allocate resources, and maintain focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Program and Project Management: Excellent planning, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and reporting capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Revenue Analytics: Strong analytical skills and familiarity with revenue performance metrics, including pipeline, conversion rates, bookings, ARR, customer retention, expansion, and sales productivity.
  • Executive Communication and Influence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the executive presence needed to influence senior leaders, align stakeholders, and drive action across organizational levels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to build productive relationships across sales, presales, partnerships, enablement, finance, product, and other business functions within a global, matrixed environment.
  • Decision-Making and Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing demands, anticipating risks, and making sound decisions in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Leadership and Accountability: A proactive, results-oriented approach to leadership, with the ability to motivate teams, establish clear ownership, mentor program professionals, and maintain accountability without relying solely on direct authority.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to using data, stakeholder feedback, and lessons learned to refine operating models, strengthen execution, and improve business outcomes.
  • Competitive Salary: Annual base salary range of $152,000–$213,333, with the final offer determined by relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
  • Comprehensive Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage through benefits packages tailored to the employee's primary work location.
  • Retirement and Financial Protection: Access to location-specific retirement or pension plans, life insurance, and accident protection.
  • Paid Wellness Days: Two company-wide paid wellness days annually to support rest, recovery, and personal well-being.
  • Birthday Time Off: One paid day off during your birthday month to celebrate your special day.
  • Volunteer Time Off: Up to 40 hours of paid volunteer leave annually to support community initiatives and causes that matter to you.
  • Employee Assistance Program: Free, confidential, round-the-clock access to resources for emotional support, work-life challenges, financial guidance, legal assistance, and support for new parents.
  • Business Travel Protection: Access to travel assistance services covering medical needs, safety support, emergency situations, and pre-trip planning for business travel.
  • Employee Referral Bonuses: Monetary rewards for eligible referrals who are successfully hired.
  • Remote Work Flexibility: The opportunity to work remotely from within the United States while collaborating with global teams.
  • Professional Growth and Impact: The opportunity to shape global revenue strategy, lead high-visibility initiatives, influence executive decision-making, and drive measurable business growth.
  • Collaborative and Inclusive Culture: An environment that values transparency, teamwork, innovation, equal opportunity, and professional development.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
