직무 소개

Catalog Operation Management 팀은 쿠팡 이츠 내에 쇼핑카테고리로 입점된 상점의 등록된 정보를 검수하고 카탈로그의 퀄리티를 개선하는 역할을 담당합니다.

본 포지션은 카탈로그 온보딩 운영 전반을 관리하며 프로세스 표준화 운영 개선을 통해 카탈로그의 퀄리티를 높이는데 기여합니다.

업무 내용

  • 카탈로그 프로세스 운영 및 검수, 품질 관리 체계 고도화
  • 상품 등록 리드타임 단축을 위한 온보딩 프로세스 개선 및 자동화 과제 발굴
  • 데이터 분석 결과를 바탕으로 내부 운영 프로세를 효율화하기 위해 개선 과제 도출 및 실행 주도
  • 전체적인 온보딩 품질을 일정하게 유지하고 운영하기 위한 관리 기준 정립

자격 요건

  • 이커머스, 리테일 또는 운영 조직에서 3년 이상의 관련 경력이 있으신 분
  • 프로젝트를 주도하고 데이터 기반 인사이트를 도출한 경험이 있으신 분
  • 학사 이상의 학위를 보유하신 분

우대 사항

  • 이커머스 플랫폼 또는 온라인 커머스에서 카탈로그 프로세스 운영 경험이 있으신 분
  • 이커머스 플랫폼에서 상품 카탈로그/데이터 검수 및 운영 경험이 있으신 분
  • SQL, Google Workspace 등 활용 역량이 있으신 분
  • 변화하는 환경에 빠르게 적응하며 적극적으로 개선 의견을 제안하신 경험이 있으신 분
