팀 소개

People Systems Administration(이하 PSA)는 쿠팡의 Recruiting Technology Ecosystem 및 관련 HR solutions을 운영하고 발전시키는 전문 조직입니다. PSA는 Greenhouse를 포함한 10개 이상의 플랫폼을 지원하며 시스템 안정성, 플랫폼 도입, 통합 아키텍처 및 기술 거버넌스를 담당합니다. 팀은 Recruiting, People Operations, Corporate IT 및 글로벌 벤더와 긴밀히 협업하며 채용 기술의 확장성과 비즈니스 가치를 지속적으로 향상시키고 있습니다. PSA는 단순 운영 조직을 넘어 데이터 기반 의사결정과 미래 AI 활용을 위한 기술 기반 구축을 추진하고 있습니다.

직무 소개

쿠팡은 다양한 채용 플랫폼, 데이터 흐름, AI 기반 솔루션이 연결된 복잡한 Recruiting Technology Ecosystem 및 관련 HR solutions을 운영하고 있습니다. 이러한 환경이 지속적으로 확장됨에 따라 People Systems Administration(PSA)는 아키텍처, 데이터 전략, 통합 거버넌스에 대한 전담 리더십 역량을 구축하고 있습니다. 본 포지션은 단순한 시스템 운영 역할이 아니라, 쿠팡의 채용 기술 환경의 미래 방향성을 설계하고 기술 의사결정에 영향력을 행사하는 Principal 레벨의 역할입니다. Recruiting, People Operations, Corporate IT 및 글로벌 벤더와 협력하며 확장 가능한 기술 표준, 데이터 기반 의사결정 체계, AI 활용 기반을 구축하게 됩니다.

업무 내용

  • HR(Recruiting Technology) Ecosystem 전반의 API, Webhook, Middleware 및 데이터 흐름에 대한 아키텍처 설계와 통합 거버넌스를 수립
  • 쿠팡에서 사용중인 SaaS 및 내부 시스템 간의 연계 구조를 검토하고, 확장성과 유지보수성을 고려한 통합 표준을 정의
  • 복수 시스템 또는 벤더에 걸친 장애 발생 시 최종 기술 에스컬레이션 포인트로서 RCA(Root Cause Analysis)와 해결 방안을 주도
  • Corporate IT, Security, Privacy 및 Compliance 조직과 협업하여 데이터 거버넌스, 보안 통제 및 규제 준수 체계를 강화
  • HR(Recruiting Technology) Roadmap, AI Readiness, 데이터 모델링 및 자동화 전략 수립을 통해 PSA의 장기 기술 방향성을 구축

자격 요건

  • 직접적인 보고 관계가 없는 다양한 이해관계자와 협업하며 기술 의사결정에 영향력을 발휘한 경험을 보유하신 분
  • IS / HRIS Architecture, Enterprise Integration Engineering 또는 Technical Product Management 분야에서 7년 이상의 경력을 보유하신 분
  • REST API, SOAP API, Webhook, 데이터 모델링, 시스템 통합 아키텍처 설계 경험을 보유하신 분
  • SQL을 활용한 데이터 분석 및 문제 해결 경험과 Middleware 플랫폼(예: Workato) 활용 경험을 보유하신 분
  • 복잡한 중요 시스템의 운영 및 통합 경험을 보유하신 분
  • 한국어로 원활한 업무 수행이 가능하며 글로벌 벤더 및 이해관계자와 협업할 수 있는 수준의 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유하신 분
  • 학사 학위 이상을 보유하신 분

우대 사항

  • 복수 SaaS 플랫폼 환경에서 Enterprise Architecture 또는 Integration Governance를 구축한 경험이 있으신 분
  • HR Technology, Recruiting Technology 또는 People Systems 분야에서 기술 전략 수립 경험이 있으신 분
  • 데이터 거버넌스, 데이터 보존 정책, 개인정보보호 또는 정보보안 프로젝트 경험이 있으신 분
  • AI 기반 Talent Acquisition 기술 또는 AI Readiness 관련 데이터 플랫폼 구축 경험이 있으신 분
  • 기술 멘토링 또는 조직 내 기술 표준 수립 경험을 보유하신 분
