What you will do:

1. Category Management

o Lead strategic planning, category expansion, and operations for the cross-border self-operated (1P) fashion category.

o Analyze industry trends, customer demand, and competitive dynamics to formulate sales plans and achieve performance targets, including GMV/revenue and profit margins.

2. Merchandising & Product Management

o Manage the overall product portfolio for assigned categories, continuously discovering and onboarding new brands.

o Ensure product quality, optimize landed costs, maintain optimal inventory turnover, and take full accountability for business results.

3. Supplier Management

o Identify, evaluate, and develop partner suppliers.

o Demonstrate strong commercial negotiation and bargaining capabilities to maximize business value while ensuring supply chain stability.

4. Daily Operations & Promotional Planning

o Design and execute marketing campaigns and promotional plans.

o Coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams to resolve product and operational issues.

o Lead planning and execution for major promotional mega-events (e.g., Double 11, Black Friday).

Basic Qualifications:

1. Experience: 5–10 years of experience in e-commerce operations, buying, or merchandising, with direct experience independently managing fashion categories. Experience in e-commerce platform self-operated (1P) business is strongly preferred.

2. Core Competencies: Strong communication and data analytical capabilities. High degree of ownership, sharp commercial acumen, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced internet environment.

3. Language: Proficient in written English as a professional working language.

4. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
