주요 업무

1. Payments & Strategic Partnerships

  • 국내 주요 카드사, 은행, 간편결제 사업자, PG사 등과의 파트너십 구축 및 관리
  • 제휴 프로모션 및 고객 혜택 프로그램 기획을 통한 주문 수, 신규 고객 및 매출 성장 기여
  • 파트너사와의 비즈니스 협상, 계약 체결 및 운영 프로세스 관리
  • 결제 제휴 외 다양한 산업의 신규 제휴 기회 검토 및 프로젝트 실행 지원

2. Partnership Performance & Business Development

  • 주요 제휴사업의 성과 목표 및 KPI 설정 지원, 실적 모니터링과 개선 과제 도출
  • 제휴 프로모션의 고객 유입, 주문 증대 및 투자 효율성 분석
  • 시장 동향 및 경쟁사 제휴 사례 조사, 신규 제휴 아이디어 및 사업 기회 제안
  • 기존 제휴사업의 운영 프로세스 개선 및 효율화

3. Team Management & Collaboration

  • 4명의 팀원에 대한 업무 배분, 진행 상황 관리 및 실무 코칭
  • 주요 제휴 프로젝트의 일정, 이슈 및 성과 관리
  • Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing 등 내부 조직과 협업하여 프로젝트 실행
  • 상위 리더십의 신규 사업 및 전략적 제휴 검토를 위한 시장조사, 사업성 분석 및 실행 지원

자격 요건

  • Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management 또는 관련 분야 경력 7년 이상
  • 카드사, 금융 플랫폼, 이커머스, IT 플랫폼 등에서의 사업제휴 또는 비즈니스 개발 경험
  • 외부 파트너와의 비즈니스 협상 및 관계 관리 경험
  • 데이터 기반의 사업 성과 분석 및 개선 과제 도출 경험
  • 다양한 이해관계자와 협업하여 프로젝트를 실행한 경험
  • 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 역량

우대 사항

  • 카드사, 간편결제 사업자, PG사 등과의 결제 제휴 및 공동 프로모션 경험
  • 결제·금융 외 다양한 산업의 전략적 제휴 또는 신규 사업 개발 경험
  • 플랫폼 비즈니스에서 신규 고객 확보, 트래픽 또는 매출 성장 프로젝트 경험

  • SQL, Tableau 등 데이터 분석 도구 활용 경험
