Position: (Senior) Executive Assistant

What you will do:

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ arrangement and set up meetings
  • Make and accommodation arrangements
  • Rack daily and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the filing system

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in executive assistance
  • Ideally have served C - Level executive previously
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Adaptable, flexible and willing to go extra miles
