직무 소개

CLS 캠프 EHS 팀은 배송센터(캠프), 클러스터 센터, 서브허브 센터 근무 직원을 대상으로 EHS(안전, 보건 및 환경) 관련 업무를 담당합니다.

안전관리자 직무는 사고예방 및 처리, 개선활동, 위험성 평가 등 산업안전보건법과 중대재해처벌법을 준수하고 작업자들이 안전하게 근무할 수 있도록 위험하고 불안전한 환경을 개선하며, 나아가 캠프에 안전문화가 정착될 수 있도록 관련 업무를 수행합니다.

업무 내용

  • 산업안전보건 관련 법규 및 규제 사항을 현장 운영에 적용하고 이행 관리
  • 건강검진 결과에 따른 유소견자 및 요양참작 대상자 관리, 상담 및 보건 교육 수행
  • 근골격계 질환 유해요인 파악 및 개선 활동 기획·운영
  • 물질안전보건자료 관리, 게시 및 보존 체계 운영
  • 작업자 대상 보건 교육 자료 작성 및 정기·수시 교육 실시
  • 직업성 질환 및 업무 관련성 질환 발생 시 원인 조사, 개선 대책 수립 및 통계 분석
  • 보건 보호구 선정, 배치 및 관리와 보건 운영 점검, 산업안전보건위원회 및 외부 Audit 대응

자격 요건

  • 보건학, 간호학, 의료 및 유관 분야 학위 보유자
  • 산업위생관리기사 또는 의료법에 따른 간호사 자격증을 보유하신 분
  • 보건관리 또는 산업보건 관련 경력 3년 이상을 보유하신 분 (간호사의 경우 산업 보건관리자 경력 1년 이상)
  • 산업안전보건법 및 관련 법령에 대한 이해와 현장 적용 경험이 있으신 분
  • Microsoft Office 등 문서 작성 도구 활용이 원활하신 분

우대 사항

  • 유통, 물류, 건설 또는 제조업 현장에서의 산업안전보건 관리 경험이 있으신 분
  • 보건관리 기획 및 제도 개선 업무 경험을 보유하신 분
  • 다수의 현장 및 이해관계자와 협업하며 업무를 수행한 경험이 있으신 분
