Fulfillment Center(이하 FC)는 쿠팡의 물류센터를 말하는 것으로 상품의 입고, 적재, 포장, 출고를 담당하는 곳입니다. FC는 단순한 물류 창고가 아닌, 첨단 기술이 집약된 하나의 Automation Factory로서, 제조업 생산 공장과 같이 각각의 업무를 전문화하고, 입고부터 출고까지 데이터를 기반으로 시공간을 효율적으로 관리하여 낭비를 최소화 하는 등 최적의 물류 시스템을 구현해 나가고 있습니다.

직무소개

Area Manager는 물류센터 내 담당 공정의 운영 성과를 관리하고, 안전·품질·생산성 목표 달성을 위한 현장 운영을 총괄합니다.

입고 및 출고 프로세스를 관리하며 현장 인력을 효율적으로 운영하여 안정적인 물류 서비스를 제공합니다. 또한 운영 데이터를 기반으로 성과를 관리하고 지속적인 프로세스 개선을 추진합니다. 다양한 유관 부서와 협업하며 물류센터 운영 효율 향상에 기여합니다.

업무 내용

• 물류센터 담당 공정의 일일 운영 관리 및 현장 오퍼레이션 관리

• 물류센터 담당 공정의 현장 인력 지휘·감독 및 운영 관리

• 도급사 운영 관리 및 원활한 커뮤니케이션 수행

• 근무조별 안전관리 활동 운영 및 안전 기준 준수 점검

• KPI 생산성 지표 모니터링 및 운영 성과 관리

• 운영 이슈 분석 및 개선 과제 도출·실행

자격요건

• 물류, 제조, 생산 또는 유관 분야에서 3년 이상의 경력을 보유하신 분

• 물류센터 또는 생산라인 운영 및 현장 관리 경험을 보유하신 분

• 주·야간 교대근무가 가능하신 분

우대 사항

• 50명 이상의 현장 인력을 관리한 경험을 보유하신 분

• 물류 또는 생산 환경에서 프로세스 개선 프로젝트를 수행한 경험을 보유하신 분

  4. 당사는 위2항 본문에 따른 구직자의 반환 청구에 대비하여 채용 여부가 확정된 날로부터 180 일간 구직자가 제출한 채용서류 원본을 보관하게 되며, 그때까지 채용서류의 반환을 청구하지 아니할 경우에는 『개인정보 보호법』에 따라 지체 없이 채용서류 일체를 파기할 예정입니다.
  5. 단, 위 1항 내지 4항의 내용은 대한민국의 노동 관계 법령이 적용되는 경우에만 적용됩니다. 그 이외의 경우에는 적용되지 않습니다.
